I was worried the fit would be too tight as i haven't ordered a 29 waist in a while (used to 6 or 8 missy sizes). they looked small out of the package but they fit me very well. I am 5'8" and considered slim but usually need extra room in the rear for coverage. I have worn them twice and am really comfortable. i love the trendy shorter length, which is what i was looking for. i have to wear a belt to keep them up during my active work hours. so far so good. i hope they last and launder well. i think the price is a good value for what i purchased.Update 10/2020 - I still have a like these jeans. I have to wear a belt to make sure my back end isn’t showing, but that’s ok. They feel too short now though, no longer ankle length. But I am above average in height and I dry them on warm- hot so they probably shrunk a little. I would still buy these again if they offer them in a tall.
